The best strategy to take out the armor pieces is to focus on the arms first, then the head and chest. The Chain Gun is the easiest way to deal damage to the Icon of Sin, but there is also alot of ammo for the BFG lying around, save it to deal damage to the chest, as that is the easiest part to hit with it. The next area will have some armor and a grab wall that will lead you to the final arena. You will have one last final gaunlet of enemies up a building, ending with the worst enemy of them all, a Marauder. The markers here are very clear, there will be some minor platforming but after this point you are very close to the final boss. You can continue to make your way up to the building continuing to fight demons along the way. Once you take out the buff totem clear out all the demons in the area since they will now be weakened. It is located to left, through the door a pinky destroys in the hallway to the right. This building will have a combat encounter with a buff totem. You will see a scaffolding you can use to reach the next building. The icon of Sin will walk through the bridge cutting off your easy access to the next building over, slay the demons and walk to the edge where the bridge was destroyed. You will eventually reach an elevator with a grab wall in it to continue up the building. untill you reach the end where you will find another jump to reach the next building. wrap around the building you jumped into to the grab wall around the corner to reach the upper level.Ĭontinue to follow the path on the building, slaying demons along the way. At the edge you will see an opening in the opposite building you can jump too.Ĭontinue to follow the marker, there will be some demons along your path but they will mostly be there for resources. Go through there and walk up the metal stairs to the end marked by your HUD. Once the demons are cleared out a few more fodder demons will appear for any ammo and armor out of a newly broken section of wall. Then a doom hunter will appear, but you should be a pro at taking those down by now. Just aim for his arm cannon with the plasma rifle and use the lock on mod with the rocket launcher to deal massive damage. Expect to see every type of demon you have faced in the campaign, this fight specifically will end with a Tyrant. Nothing too difficult, just take everything you have learned so far, stay moving, and slay some demons. You will immediately be faced with a combat encounter on the first rooftop you start on.
